Steven and Virginie (bios) are nothing short of fantastic. They are grounded in the roots of American vernacular dance but their creativity keeps them vital and fresh. To watch them dance is awe-inspiring. To be in their classes is to share in their magic. Their styles of teaching and dancing compliment each other perfectly. They share a love of dance, have exceptional musicality, and are constantly looking for new and creative ways to teach.

Having been in a handful of Steven & Virginie Lindy Hop weekends that included a Blues class, Charlie and I began to wonder - "What if Steven & Virginie had an entire weekend to teach Blues and not just one class? In addition to the wonderful instruction offered by Steven & Virginie, we'll also be having elective classes from some of your favorite Blues instructors from previous Cheap Thrills to provide you with more opportunities to take classes geared toward your level of learning. The bulk of the workshop will consist of "All Levels" classes; however, we are offering additional classes at 3 levels - Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced - to ensure the best learning experience for all the students.

The Beginning classes are open to all students. Please read the qualifications for the Intermediate and Advanced classes if you are considering taking classes at those levels. Only Advanced-class students must indicate a particular level at pre-registration because these class sizes are limited. We are finding housing for those guests who have already pre-registered. If you are planning on paying at the door, you may want to check into some of the local hotels.

FUSION reserves the right to change any and all aspects of the Cheap Thrills All Blues Weekend including the events, the event schedule, and all charges associated with Cheap Thrills. Pre-registering through this website will lock you in at the price you paid.

Refund policy: Sorry, there are no refunds to registrants who do not show up. We also will not refund individual dances if you are unable to make them.
